It all started 10 years ago with a simple idea: learn something new and make a little extra money.

I began selling cinnamon rolls and alfajores to family and friends, not knowing that this small side hustle would ignite a true passion.

As I fell in love with baking, I studied culinary arts twice and started selling chocolate cakes—and that’s when the magic really began.

Back in Venezuela, finding ingredients wasn’t easy.

Everything was either scarce or expensive. But I had a dream: to create the ultimate moist, rich chocolate cake—just like the one in Matilda.

So, I worked with what I had: cocoa, sugar, flour, eggs, and milk.
I experimented, tested, and poured my heart into it… and finally, I made the cake.
Four years ago, I packed my bags, full of dreams and determination, and moved to the U.S. In 2025, I took the leap and officially launched my baking business, ready to share my creations with the world.
Baking isn’t just what I do—it’s who I am.
